Connecting to PS5 🕹️
1. Wired Connection: Turn on the console and access the normal standby screen. Set the communication mode as follows to avoid disconnection errors: "Settings" - "Accessories" - "Controllers (General)" - "Connection Method" - "Use USB Cable". Connect the controller's USB cable to the console and press the PS button (HOME button) to connect it to the PS5 console. The blue light will remain solid once the connection is established.
2. Wireless Connection: For the initial connection, use a data cable. Once connected, you can remove the cable. When the controller is in standby mode, press the PS button to reconnect it.
3. Successful connection indicator: The light bar on the front of the controller lights up and you can control the game console using the controller's function buttons, indicating a successful connection.
4. Vibration feedback: During normal gameplay, the controller vibrates according to the game rules, using two motors.
5. Video recording function: Double-click the Share button to start recording, then double-click the Share button again to stop recording.
6. Screenshot function: Long press the SHARE button to take a screenshot of the current screen.
7. Headset Function: This function is only supported in wired mode. To use two controllers simultaneously, use the front and rear USB ports on the console separately. If both controllers are used on the front or rear USB ports, the headset on one controller may not function correctly.
8. Using the microphone in games: To use the microphone function during gameplay, plug a headset with a microphone into the 3.5 mm headset jack on the controller.
9. Wireless mode limitations: The external speaker/headphone/microphone function is not supported in wireless mode.
Connecting to PC 💻
1. Wired connection: Connecting to a PC is plug-and-play. You can play PC/Steam games compatible with this controller.
2. Wireless Connection: To pair wirelessly on PC, when the controller is in standby mode, first press and hold the SHARE button, then the PS button for 3 seconds. The connection indicator will flash rapidly, indicating wireless pairing. On PC, open your Bluetooth settings and search for "DualSense Wireless Controller" to connect. You can then play PC/Steam games compatible with this controller. When the controller is in standby mode, press the PS button to reconnect it.
